During this session, we'll establish a monthly meeting schedule (or bi weekly pending your needs), discuss preferred communication methods, gather essential assets, and designate a primary contact for seamless collaboration. Additionally, we'll provide onboarding support for any essential marketing tools or software
Phase 3 - Strategy Session
Armed with your insights and our know how, we will develop a custom strategic marketing plan. This plan will outline the strategy and tactical plans ( this includes things like social media, OOH, partnerships, event marketing, digital campaigns and more) Our integrated strategic approach ensures that your marketing will be cohesive and effective!
Phase 4 - Implementation
With your personalized plan in position, it's go time! We will take it from here , meticulously handling each task and initiative. We also have options where we can mentor and manage your internal marketing team!
Phase 5 - Tracking, Measurement & Reporting
